A Duplex Complex
A Duplex Complex
These independent row housing units draw their form from natural elements, balancing brutalist geometry with organic warmth. Featuring sculptural, curved concrete forms for the staircase, warm wooden jali screens for shading, and integrated cascading greenery as a radiation barrier, the design offers private, biophilic living spaces tailored for modern urban comfort.
A contemporary healthcare landmark engineered for functionality and visual impact. Defined by a parametric perforated metal facade with dynamic sweeping curves, the building features a double-height glass entryway that floods the interiors with natural light while serving as an inviting beacon for the community.
An expansive, child-centric learning environment arranged around a central sunken amphitheater. The low-rise, continuous pavilion layout integrates shaded open-air corridors, vibrant play courtyards, and interactive outdoor zones, fostering collaboration, active play, and seamless indoor-outdoor learning.
A striking, modern academic complex featuring stepped concrete cantilevers integrated with lush terraced gardens. Connected by an elevated skybridge, the twin structures anchor a grand central plaza with a dynamic water feature, creating an inspiring, sustainable hub for higher education and student interaction.
A drive through- rethought- redesigned into a community space.
Food kiosks evolve into elevated dining spaces, nestled under the shade of existing trees- preserved, not removed.
Acting as a soft buffer between the highway and the resort, this intervention transforms leftover space into a vibrant community layer. A design that respects what exists, while creating something entirely new.

A Multimodal Transit Hub
When arriving in a new city, its airport, railway station or bus terminal often becomes the first storyteller. For the redevelopment of Hatia Railway Station into a transit hub, we wanted to tell Ranchi’s stories through subtle riddles rather than literal representations.
The cascading form draws from Ranchi’s identity as the City of Waterfalls, flowing into reflection pools below. Local art inspires the triangular truss patterns, while auspicious reds and whites bring vibrancy to the concrete landscape. Voronoi-patterned platform roofs, water skylights and abundant greenery further celebrate Jharkhand’s rich natural beauty.
